Dealing with child support and parenting time can be financially stressful. To reduce that stress, we offer our clients flat fee packages. Flat fees prevent the attorney/mediator from unnecessarily “working the file” to earn the fee and it encourages the attorney/mediator to work productively for you. Clients are also more likely to settle within the package’s allotted mediation time because clients know that if they need additional mediation time… they are paying extra for it.
